Charles Leclerc holds his nerve to secure victory in chaotic Monaco

Ferrari's Charles Leclerc held his nerve to convert pole position at his home Monaco Grand Prix into a controlled victory after a huge first-lap pile-up. The Monegasque driver led from start to finish, despite coming under intense pressure from Red Bull's Sergio Perez in the closing stages.

Norris scores extra point for fastest lap

Lando Norris scored an additional point for setting the fastest lap of the race, with a time of 1:12.909. The McLaren driver was one of the few drivers who did not pit during the safety car period, which gave him a significant advantage over the rest of the field. Norris was able to hold off the challenge of Russell in the closing stages to secure the extra point.
